Ingredientes:
– 1 pacote de biscoito maisena
– 100g de manteiga derretida
– 1 lata de leite condensado
– 2 latas de leite (utilize a lata de leite condensado vazia para medir)
– 3 gemas
– 2 colheres de sopa de amido de milho
– 1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha
– 200g de coco ralado
– Açúcar de confeiteiro para polvilhar
Modo de Preparo:
1. Triture os biscoitos maisena até obter uma farofa fina.
2. Misture a farofa de biscoito com a manteiga derretida até formar uma massa homogênea.
3. Forre o fundo de uma forma de fundo removível com a massa de biscoito, pressionando bem.
4. Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180°C por 10 minutos. Reserve.
5. Em uma panela, misture o leite condensado, o leite, as gemas, o amido de milho e a essência de baunilha.
6. Leve ao fogo médio, mexendo sempre, até engrossar e formar um creme.
7. Desligue o fogo e acrescente o coco ralado, misturando bem.
8. Despeje o creme sobre a massa de biscoito assada e nivelhe a superfície.
9. Leve à geladeira por pelo menos 4 horas, ou até que esteja firme.
10. Antes de servir, polvilhe açúcar de confeiteiro por cima da torta.
