Instruções

- Coloque ramos de endro, alho descascado e pimenta no fundo de cada frasco de conserva. Você pode adicionar folhas de cerejeira ou carvalho.
- Faça rodelas de limão e coloque-as nos frascos com os pepinos.
- Encha os recipientes com água fervente. Após 20 minutos, despeje a água, ferva com ácido cítrico, sal e açúcar, e, por fim, despeje nos frascos.
- Feche os frascos, vire de cabeça para baixo, embrulhe e aguarde o completo resfriamento.
Armazene os pepinos em um local fresco, retire no inverno e adicione-os às saladas ou desfrute como um petisco independente. Experimente este método e compartilhe com seus amigos!
