O que você precisa:
- 180 g de peito de frango
- 3 dentes de alho
- 2 cebolas médias
- 100 g de aipo
- 80 g de alho-poró
- 1 pastinaca
- 400 g de cenouras
- Pequeno maço de salsa
- 50 g de sal
Instruções:
- Corte todos os ingredientes em pedaços maiores. Doure o frango e a cebola em óleo vegetal por cerca de 4 minutos, depois adicione os outros vegetais, exceto a salsa. Despeje cerca de 80 ml de água, reduza o fogo, cubra e deixe cozinhando por 10 minutos.
- Deixe os legumes preparados esfriarem e bata-os com um liquidificador junto com a salsa. Tempere com sal e misture bem.
- Coloque papel filme em uma forma e, em seguida, a mistura de legumes preparada. Cubra a parte superior com filme plástico. Coloque na geladeira por 30 minutos para que a mistura endureça um pouco e mantenha sua forma.
- Retire o filme plástico e corte a mistura em cubos iguais na proporção de 1 cubo para 1 xícara de sopa. Se preferir um sabor mais intenso, você pode cortar os cubos em pedaços maiores ou usar 2 cubos para preparar 1 sopa.
- Embrulhe cada cubo em papel filme. Coloque todos os cubos em um saco e armazene-os no congelador.
