Ingredientes:
Macarrão Penne
Dois peitos de frango
Queijo mussarela a vontade
1 creme de leite
1 molho de tomate
1 tomate grande
1 cebola média
Requeijão cremoso
Açafrão
Temperos a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Comece temperando o peito de frango com alho, sal, pimenta do reino ou temperos a gosto. Coloque um fio de azeite em uma panela de pressão, depois acrescente os peitos de frango cortados em pedaços pequenos, uma pitada de açafrão e deixe dar uma boa selada. Retire da panela e reserve.
Em seguida, na mesma panela de pressão, acrescente o tomate picado e a cebola, e deixe murchar. Adicione os peitos de frango reservados e coloque água até faltar um dedo para cobri-los. Deixe na pressão por aproximadamente 12 minutos e desfie o frango. Se ainda restar água, retire o excesso.
Agora adicione um sachê de molho de tomate tradicional e o creme de leite. Misture bem e acrescente o macarrão previamente cozido. Ajuste o sal conforme necessário.
Em uma forma, coloque todo o macarrão já misturado com o molho de frango. Espalhe colheradas generosas de requeijão cremoso por cima e finalize com queijo mussarela ralado. Leve ao forno para gratinar. Sirva quente.
