Nossa carteira também não sofre, pois os ingredientes usados para fazer o sabão em pó são frequentemente baratos, versáteis e podem ser utilizados por vários meses em diversas receitas de produtos de limpeza diferentes. Portanto, podemos experimentar sem reservas o clássico sabão de Marselha ou os flocos de sabão de Alepo. No entanto, nada é mais ecológico e zero desperdício do que um sabão em pó que utiliza o que já temos à mão. Esse é o caso, por exemplo, do sabão em pó feito com cinzas de madeira, mas também do sabão em pó de hera, cuja receita apresentamos hoje!
Quais são as vantagens e desvantagens do sabão em pó de hera?
Além de ser fácil de fazer e isento de produtos químicos tóxicos, este sabão em pó tem a vantagem de ser feito com matérias-primas encontradas em jardins ou durante caminhadas na floresta. Como a saponária ou as castanhas, que também podem ser usadas para fazer sabão, essas folhas contêm saponinas (um agente de limpeza natural). Esses tensoativos têm propriedades detergentes, desinfetantes e espumantes. Isso explica por que este sabão em pó limpa muito bem. Usado puro, é ideal para roupas coloridas ou escuras e roupas delicadas.
Saiba que este sabão em pó tem um cheiro bastante neutro. Se você deseja que seu sabão em pó tenha um bom cheiro, evite óleos essenciais que podem poluir a água e causar alergias. Em vez das gotas de óleo essencial de lavanda, use uma fragrância natural (disponível em lojas de produtos naturais ou online)! Além disso, algumas peles muito sensíveis podem não tolerar este sabão em pó. Em caso de alergia, irritação ou para bebês, tenha cuidado e monitore possíveis reações cutâneas. Finalmente, note que sua conservação não é excepcional. Felizmente, é fácil e rápido de fazer. E se você não terminou sua garrafa em três semanas ou um mês, sempre pode usá-la para limpar o chão!
Como fazer seu sabão em pó de hera?
Os ingredientes:
- 50 folhas de hera fresca (cerca de 50 g)
- 1 litro de água fria em uma panela
- Um recipiente antigo de sabão em pó ou uma garrafa de vidro
A receita passo a passo:
1) Primeiramente, use luvas para colher e limpar as folhas se você tiver a pele sensível. Escolha a hera trepadeira (aquela que sobe pelas superfícies) e não a hera rasteira. Como os talos não contêm saponinas, é melhor removê-los para ter o peso real da sua colheita. Limpe bem as folhas com água corrente.
Atenção: você não pode secá-las ou armazená-las. Use-as imediatamente após a colheita.
2) Em seguida, mergulhe as folhas em 1 litro de água. Amasse cuidadosamente as folhas na água para liberar bem as saponinas. Em seguida, leve tudo para ferver e deixe em infusão por 15 minutos em fogo baixo, cobrindo a panela.
3) Desligue o fogo e deixe macerar por 24 horas, coberto.
4) Por fim, coe o sabão em pó usando um coador ou um pano fino. Está pronto.
Sem tempo para preparar seu sabão líquido? Coloque cerca de trinta folhas de hera frescas em uma rede e coloque-a diretamente no tambor da máquina. É muito eficaz!
Como usar seu sabão em pó caseiro?
Ele dura cerca de três semanas a um mês em um local fresco, protegido da luz. Pode ser guardado na geladeira para uma melhor conservação. Alguns até congelam pequenas quantidades!

Quanto usar na máquina de lavar? A cada lavagem, use o equivalente a cerca de dois tampões de sabão em pó convencional no compartimento apropriado. Para um resultado perfeito contra manchas persistentes, recomendamos pré-tratar com sabão de Marselha verdadeiro ou com um removedor à base de sabão preto líquido e bicarbonato de sódio. Para sua dose de sabão, você pode adicionar uma colher de bicarbonato de sódio se as roupas estiverem muito sujas. Pense também em usar 50 a 100 ml de vinagre branco como amaciante.**
