Natalie’s Special Meatloaf: Alternatíva k Tradičným Mäsovým Jedlám
Mnohí z vás možno videli v amerických filmoch, ako sa toto jedlo často objavuje na stoloch počas sviatkov. Hoci u nás nie je také známe, môžeme povedať, že svojím vzhľadom trochu pripomína náš chlieb.
Sekaná, na rozdiel od chleba, je pripravovaná z mletého mäsa. Ak hľadáte alternatívu ku kotletám či karbonátkam, toto je práve to, čo hľadáte.
Ingrediencie:
- 250g mletého hovädzieho mäsa
- 250g mletého kuracieho mäsa
- 1 cibuľa
- 1 mrkva
- 2 vajcia
- 30ml slnečnicového oleja
- 30g majonézy
- 30g strúhanky
- 2g mletého koriandru
- 2g sušenej bazalky
Postup:
- Mrkvu a cibuľu nakrájajte na kocky a osmažte dozlatista na panvici.
- V hlbokej miske zmiešajte obe druhy mletého mäsa, dochuťte korením na mäso (bazalka, koriander, čierne korenie) a osoľte.
- Pridajte vajcia, strúhanku a majonézu k mletému mäsu. Celú zmes zmiešajte s opraženou cibuľkou a mrkvou. Dôkladne premiešajte všetko.
- Mäso v tvare sendviča zabaľte do alobalu.
- Vložte do predhriatej rúry na 180 stupňov a pečte 50 minút.
Dobrú chuť! Na zvýraznenie chuti môžete použiť barbecue omáčku. Skúste to a nebudete ľutovať!
