INGREDIENTES:
- 1 kg de batatas
- 2 dentes de alho
- 100 ml de suco de limão
- 2 colheres de chá de orégano
- 70 ml de azeite de oliva
- Sal
- Pimenta-do-reino (moída)
MODO DE PREPARO:
- Limpe as batatas, corte-as em oito pedaços ao longo e coloque-as em uma assadeira.
- Para o molho, misture o suco de limão, o azeite, o orégano e o alho espremido.
- Regue as batatas com o molho e tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto.
- Adicione um pouco de água para cobrir as batatas com o molho.
- Pré-aqueça o forno a 200 graus Celsius.
- Asse as batatas por 50-60 minutos.
As batatas têm uma agradável acidez de limão graças ao molho. E o aroma na cozinha é simplesmente indescritível. Para realçar o sabor, polvilhe com manjericão ou salsa picada.
