Modo de Preparo:
Aqueça o azeite em uma panela de pressão e refogue o alho e a cebola até dourarem.
Adicione a água e deixe ferver.
Em seguida, acrescente o macarrão, a cenoura, a batata, a cebolinha verde e o caldo Knorr.
Mexa bem e deixe ferver até que a batata e a cenoura estejam cozidas. Se desejar, tampe a panela e cozinhe por mais 10 minutos.
Você também pode adicionar carne moída, se preferir.
