Ingredientes:
– 500g de macarrão integral ou normal (opcional)
– Brócolis a gosto
– Linguiça a gosto (opcional)
– 5 dentes de alho
– Azeite ou óleo de girassol
– Páprica doce a gosto
Modo de preparo:
1. Cozinhe o macarrão conforme as instruções da embalagem. Em outra panela, cozinhe o brócolis até que fique al dente. Reserve.
2. Em uma frigideira, aqueça um pouco de azeite ou óleo de girassol e frite a linguiça até que esteja dourada e cozida por completo.
3. Adicione os dentes de alho picados à frigideira com a linguiça e refogue até que fiquem dourados e perfumados.
4. Acrescente o brócolis cozido à frigideira e misture bem para que absorva os sabores da linguiça e do alho.
5. Tempere a mistura com páprica doce a gosto, garantindo um toque de sabor especial.
6. Por fim, adicione o macarrão cozido à frigideira e misture delicadamente até que todos os ingredientes estejam bem incorporados.
7. Sirva quente e aproveite!
