Ingredientes para a Massa:
3 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo (sem fermento)
1 xícara (chá) de óleo
3 ovos
3 colheres (sopa) de queijo ralado
2 xícaras (chá) de leite
Sal a gosto
1 colher (sopa) de fermento químico em pó
Ingredientes para o Recheio de Frango:
1 peito de frango cozido e desfiado
1 colher (sopa) de margarina
1/2 cebola picada
2 dentes de alho picados
Sal a gosto
Pimenta do reino a gosto
1 tomate picado
1/2 xícara (chá) de molho de tomate
1/2 lata de milho verde
Cheiro verde picado a gosto
Modo de Preparo do Recheio de Frango:
Em uma panela, derreta a margarina em fogo médio.
Adicione a cebola e o alho picados, deixe dourar.
Acrescente o peito de frango desfiado, sal e pimenta a gosto, refogue.
Adicione o tomate picado, o molho de tomate, o milho verde e refogue por mais 2 minutos.
Por fim, acrescente o cheiro verde picado, misture bem e desligue o fogo. Aguarde esfriar um pouco.
Modo de Preparo da Massa:
No liquidificador, adicione todos os ingredientes da massa, exceto o fermento.
Bata por aproximadamente 3 minutos.
Adicione o fermento e misture delicadamente.
Despeje metade da massa em uma forma untada e enfarinhada.
Coloque o recheio de frango por cima e cubra com o restante da massa.
Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180ºC por cerca de 45 minutos, ou até dourar.
Rendimento: Serve aproximadamente 8 porções
