Ingredientes da Massa:
3 ovos
1/2 xícara de óleo
2 xícaras de leite ou água
Pitada de sal
2 xícaras de farinha de trigo
1 colher de sopa de fermento
Pitada de sal e um pedaço de cebola para saborizar (opcional)
Modo de Preparo:
Bata todos os ingredientes (exceto o fermento) no liquidificador até obter uma mistura homogênea.
Adicione o fermento por último e bata novamente apenas para incorporar.
Despeje metade da massa em uma forma untada com manteiga.
Coloque o recheio de frango cremoso (frango desfiado, molho de tomate, requeijão, milho, azeitona, cebola, cheiro-verde, etc.) sobre a massa.
Espalhe um pouco de requeijão por cima do recheio e cubra com fatias de queijo.
Finalize com a outra metade da massa e leve ao forno médio pré-aquecido por cerca de 35 minutos, ou até dourar.
Você pode variar o recheio conforme sua preferência. Além do frango cremoso, essa mesma massa pode ser utilizada para preparar tortas de legumes, carne moída, torta napolitana de queijo, presunto e tomate, torta de cachorro-quente (com salsicha), entre outras opções.
