Torta de Abóbora com Carne Seca

Ingredientes:

1 xícara (chá) de abóbora cozida

1 xícara (chá) de leite

1 xícara (chá) de água em que cozinhou a abóbora

1 cubo de caldo de galinha

1 xícara (chá) de amido de milho

2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo

4 ovos

1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó

1 xícara (chá) de óleo

Margarina para untar

Requeijão cremoso para acompanhar a receita

Recheio:

1/2 kg de carne seca dessalgada, cozida e desfiada

1 cebola em rodelas

Sal, pimenta do reino e orégano a gosto

2 colheres (sopa) de salsa picada

Modo de Preparo:

No liquidificador, bata os ingredientes da massa e coloque em uma forma retangular de 20 x 30cm untada.

Misture os ingredientes do recheio, coloque sobre a massa e, com um garfo, misture o recheio com a massa.

Leve ao forno médio, pré-aquecido, por 30 minutos ou até dourar levemente.

Sirva acompanhado de requeijão cremoso.
