Preparo:
Aqueça o óleo em uma panela em fogo médio e adicione a cebola. Cozinhe por 3 minutos e adicione o alho picado, aipo picado, cenoura, batata e todos os temperos. Cozinhe por 1 minuto.
Despeje o caldo de legumes ou água e acrescente a folha de louro, leve para ferver.
Cozinhe os vegetais até ficarem macios.
Despeje metade da sopa em uma panela separada e remova as folhas de louro.
Moa uma parte da sopa no liquidificador até ficar homogêneo.
Despeje a sopa picada de volta, adicione o creme ou leite e mexa até ficar homogêneo.
Leve ao fogão por alguns minutos.
Prove e tempere a gosto, se necessário.
Sirva com salsa, se desejar.
