6 ovos
2 xícaras de maionese
1 cebola picada
2 cebolinhas verdes, picadas
1 pimentão verde picado
3 talos de salsão (aipo)
2 colheres (chá) de sal
1 colher (chá) de pimenta-do-reino
Modo de Preparo
Coloque as batatas para cozinhar em água por 15-20 minutos, até ficarem macias, porém firmes.
Em seguida, escorra e corte em pedaços.
Cozinhe os ovos numa panela, cubra com água e leve ao fogo alto para ferver. Assim que ferver, tampe e retire do fogo.
Aguarde 10 minutos e em seguida escorar os ovos, descasque e pique.
Junte as batatas com os ovos, maionese, cebola, cebolinha, pimentão e salsão.
Tempere com sal e pimenta, mexa cuidadosamente.
Leve para geladeira por 2 horas e depois servir.
