Modo de Preparo:

2. Adicione a água morna e o óleo à mistura de farinha e mexa até formar uma massa homogênea.
3. Transfira a massa para uma superfície levemente enfarinhada e amasse por cerca de 5 minutos, até que fique lisa e elástica.
4. Divida a massa em pequenas porções e forme bolinhas.
5. Com um rolo de massa, abra cada bolinha em uma superfície enfarinhada até obter uma espessura fina.
6. Coloque o recheio de sua preferência no centro de cada disco de massa.
7. Dobre a massa ao meio, pressionando as bordas para selar.
8. Com um garfo, pressione as bordas seladas para garantir que o recheio fique bem fechado.
9. Aqueça o óleo em uma panela funda até atingir uma temperatura de 180°C.
10. Frite os pasteizinhos em óleo quente até que fiquem dourados e crocantes.
11. Retire os pasteizinhos da panela e deixe escorrer em papel toalha.
