Orégano e sal a gosto
Massa:
500 g de massa para lasanha (cozida al dente por 8 minutos)
300 g de mussarela
300 g de presunto
Modo de Preparo:
Preparo Para o Molho Vermelho:
Em uma panela, aqueça o óleo e a manteiga.
Refogue a cebola, o alho e os demais ingredientes até que estejam bem incorporados, deixando tampado por 5 minutos.
Acrescente o leite, o molho de tomate, o orégano e ajuste o sal conforme o seu gosto.
Montagem:
Forre um refratário com uma camada de molho vermelho.
Coloque uma camada de massa sobre o molho, em seguida, uma camada de presunto e outra de mussarela.
Repita esse processo uma ou mais vezes, terminando com uma camada de molho por cima.
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 200°C por 10 minutos.
