Ingredientes da Lasanha de Brócolis e Molho Branco:
– 1 pacote de massa para lasanha pré-cozida (500g)
– 300g de queijo mussarela fatiado
– Queijo parmesão ralado para polvilhar
Molho Branco:
– 3 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
– 1 cebola picada
– 3 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo
– 5 xícaras (chá) de leite
– Sal, pimenta-do-reino e noz-moscada ralada a gosto
– 2 xícaras (chá) de creme de leite
Recheio:
– 1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de bacon em cubos
– 5 xícaras (chá) de brócolis em buquês picados
– 1/2 xícara (chá) de cheiro-verde picado
– Sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto
Modo de preparo:
1. Para o molho branco, derreta a manteiga em uma panela em fogo médio e refogue a cebola por 3 minutos.
2. Polvilhe a farinha e refogue por mais 2 minutos, mexendo sempre. Despeje o leite aos poucos, mexendo sempre até engrossar.
3. Tempere com sal, pimenta e noz-moscada, adicione o creme de leite e reserve.
4. Para o recheio, em uma panela em fogo médio, refogue o bacon na própria gordura até dourar.
5. Acrescente o brócolis e refogue por 3 minutos ou até murchar. Adicione o cheiro-verde, sal, pimenta e misture.
6. Em um refratário grande, intercale camadas de molho, de massa, de brócolis e de queijo, terminando com massa e molho.
7. Polvilhe com parmesão e leve ao forno médio, preaquecido, por 40 minutos.
8. Deixe descansar por 10 minutos antes de servir.
