Ingredientes:
– 500g de peito de frango cortado em tiras
– 1 cebola grande picada
– 2 dentes de alho picados
– 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga
– 1 lata de creme de leite
– 1 lata de molho de tomate
– 1 colher de sopa de mostarda
– 1 colher de sopa de ketchup
– Sal e pimenta a gosto
– 1/2 xícara de champignon em conserva fatiado (opcional)
– Batata palha para acompanhar
Modo de Preparo:
1. Em uma panela, derreta a manteiga em fogo médio e refogue a cebola e o alho até ficarem dourados.
2. Adicione o frango cortado em tiras à panela e deixe dourar por alguns minutos.
3. Tempere o frango com sal e pimenta a gosto.
4. Acrescente o molho de tomate, a mostarda e o ketchup à panela, misturando bem.
5. Cozinhe em fogo médio por cerca de 10 minutos, mexendo ocasionalmente.
6. Adicione o champignon fatiado e o creme de leite à panela, misturando delicadamente.
7. Cozinhe por mais 5 minutos, ou até que o estrogonofe esteja cremoso e aquecido.
8. Retire do fogo e sirva o estrogonofe de frango acompanhado de batata palha.
