– 1 sachê de gelatina em pó sem sabor (opcional se quiser mais consistente)

– 1 xícara (chá) de polpa de maracujá com as sementes
– 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar
– 1 colher (sopa) de amido de milho
– 1 xícara (chá) de água
_____Modo de Preparo – copinhos:_____
1. Corte ou raspe o chocolate em pedacinhos e coloque em uma panela em banho-maria, não deixe ferver.
2. Quando formar aquelas bolhinhas, desligue e mexa o chocolate até que esteja totalmente derretido. Este tipo de chocolate fracionado não precisa de choque térmico.
3. Preencha as forminhas e coloque na geladeira.
4. Após 5 minutos, retire e coloque outra camada de chocolate, rode os copinhos para que o chocolate seja distribuído uniformemente.
5. Coloque novamente por 5 minutos na geladeira. Só coloquei 2 camadas e ficou bom. Faça 2 cortes na borda do copinho com a tesoura e descasque como se fosse uma banana. Fica o formato perfeito do copo. Reserve.

1. Hidrate a gelatina como especificado na embalagem e coloque com os outros ingredientes no liquidificador.
2. Leve para refrigerar por 1 hora e preencha os copinhos. Se quiser, faça sem a gelatina, fica mais molinho.
_____Modo de Preparo – Calda:_____
1. Dilua o amido de milho na água e junte aos demais ingredientes.
2. Leve ao fogo em uma panela e mexa de vez em quando até a calda ficar cremosa e brilhante. O ponto é de geléia mole, quando esfria fica mais encorpada.
