Americano de Frango Super Saboroso

Ingredientes:

1 ovo

1/4 de xícara de óleo

1 xícara de leite morno ou temperatura ambiente

3 colheres de açúcar

1/2 colher de sal

5 gramas de fermento biológico seco (meio pacotinho)

3 e 1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo (aproximadamente)

Modo de Preparo:

Junte todos os ingredientes numa bacia, exceto a farinha, que deverá ser adicionada aos poucos até que a massa atinja o ponto de sovar, ou seja, deve ser uma massa grossa porém unida, sem sinais de farinha aparente.

A sequência de preparo é a seguinte:

Sovar bem a massa por cerca de 10 minutos após atingir o ponto ideal.

Deixe a massa crescer, coberta com um pano de prato, por 1 a 3 horas, até que dobre bem de volume.

Modele a massa conforme desejado.

Deixe a massa crescer novamente.

Pincele com ovo batido e adicione gergelim, se desejar.

Asse em forno brando (200 graus Celsius) até dourar.
